The Coos County Airport District's Business Enterprise Center consists of eight (8) manufacturing bays and nine (9) office suites and is located at 2455 Maple Leaf, North Bend OR 97459.

• Bay 1-6 are approximately 1,300 sf
• Bay 7 is approximately 4,650 sf
• Bay 8 is approximately 3,220 sf
• Suites run in size from 150 - 210 sf
